Gas fire pit with 20lb filled propane tank provided, blackstone grill included, pots pans and full kitchen supplied coffee maker Exterior speaker system. A 4 seat RzR is available for rent at an additional fee. Generator is provided and will run a/c system. Several adult and kids dvd provided. Camp chairs provided, camp table provided, RecommendationsMtn bike, RzR 4 seat rentals, Single track and maintenance rd dirt biking, swim, relax and do nothing! explore galore !!! I am an avid outdoorsman and know this area well so just ask and I am happy to help. Other things to notePets are allowed in the front garage area only, no smoking of any kind in the unit or additional cleaning fee will be kept out of deposit. No moving rv location. Generator hrs allowed per day is 4 additional hrs charged at 10$ over per hr.
No roof walking access is allowed. Bunk bed weight limit is 165lbs I am in the process of reinforcing these for adults.
