Our new rig is ready to roll. It is fully loaded for your RV trip! All you have to do is show up with your bags and food.We like to think of it as a little apartment on wheels.We prefer renters with RV experience (due to prior renters accidents).We will also not approve rentals to extreme heat or extreme cold locations and will need to know where trips are prior to approval.What's includedOur brand new RV will be like an oasis during a storm.We have bedding so you don’t need to bring your own.It is stocked with all that you need to be comfortable.We have all of the items below for 6 people but the RV sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Blankets, sheets, pillows, towels, dish towels, bath towels, wash clothes, hand towels, and beach towels.Melamine Plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses mugs for coffee, actual silverware, Melamine serving trays, pizza pan, brownie pan, pans to make bread if you want to. All the utensils for cooking like a spatulas, tongs, wine opener, ice cream scoop, whisk, measuring cups, measuring spoons, and serving spoons.We also have a toaster, a Keurig machine for single cup of coffee, tea kettle for tea and a knife block with knives / scissors plus steak knives so you can cut your fish if you go fishing.We also have paper plates with plate holders so your steak won’t leak thru the plate when you take it off the grill.We have campfire chairs and bathroom supplies.We also have 3 TV’s (2 inside and 1 outside for the entertainment center) with internet connection so you can watch all your streaming shows.RecommendationsWe love to go to the beach, Tahoe, we are close by to the sierra foothills of CA.If you are going out of state we would appreciate you advising where you will be headed due to how we can pack additional items you may need for your trip prior to your confirming your trip.Other things to noteOur RV sleeps 4 people due to how the RV folds out in the couch and dinette area.*****We also will want to meet with you prior to your trip to go over the rig, do a driving test, and do paperwork-this takes approximately 2.5 hrs so please plan on this prior to your trip. We like to do it at least 48 hours before you leave.***** If you will be fishing or hunting meat on your trip, please do not store in the refrigerator, clean, gut or cook any fish / or animal meat in the RV. We have an outdoor grill and other means for you to be able to perform this activity outside the RV.*****Please bringing your own cooler which can be stored in the RV storage lockers for fish or hunted meat. Do not keep a leaky cooler inside the RV.*****We leave the mattresses, pillows, bedding (sheets, blankets and comforter) in the rig. We recommend you do not bring your own bedding or undo the beds once they are made up by our cleaning crew. We will ask you prior to your trip how many beds we need to make for you.*****Due to our insurance we will not rent to anyone under the age of 25, so please do not ask if we can bend the rules.*****We have a cleaning fee of $200 for covid cleaning which will be deducted from your security deposit upon return. If the rig is smelly or extra dirty we do apply additional cleaning fees.

Please book dates which you need including before trip departure. We require you do 2 hrs of training to drive the rig understand set up etc with us so please set aside the time prior to booking / leaving.
We don’t rent the rig without confirmed dates and communication, once you take the rig it needs to be insured by Outdoorsy so pay attention to availability. We don’t give it to you outside your booked dates unless you request to book those dates via outdoorsy, if they aren’t available the RV isn’t available.
Pick up is negotiable but we like to have it depart at 2:00 pm and the RV back by 2:00 pm.
