Meet your host, Aaron & Caroline

Member since 2019

Caroline and I are new to RVing. We took our first trip to upper Michigan in Leppie and fell in love. It was perfect for us, our two young boys and our dog Chaco. We are renting the RV for our friend Linda who was excited to share Leppie with others

Class CRental #193923

Thanks so much for taking a look at our new favorite vacation destination! Our family of 4 recently took Leppie out and loved it so much that we decided to share the opportunity with others. This is THE way to travel during this Rona pandemic. No yucky bathrooms, no questionable hotel rooms. Leppie is a 2015 Class C RV that comfortably sleeps 5-6. The beds are comfortable and sheets and pillows are provided. Kitchen offers pots, pans, some utensils, cups, bowls and plates. There is a microwave/convection oven, stove top and traditional gas oven. Fridge and freezer are good size so you can take plenty of food for your trip. There is an indoor and outdoor shower (with hot and cold water). Leppie has gas and electric water heaters for when you are plugged in or if you choose to go off grid. AC and heat in unit, controlled by a thermostat. Max-Air Fans are above the queen and king beds. There is a step up to the queen bed and the bathroom. The king bed is located above the cab (lofted) and is approximately 3’, which is accessed by removable metal ladder. There is a mesh heavy-duty safety gate to ensure no one falls out of bed. The kitchen table is where passenger seatbelts are, and it also turns into a small bed (perfect for the kiddos). We’ve provided some basic amenities (hair dryer, camp chairs, mat for shoes, towels, wash clothes, latex gloves, trash bags, cleaning spray, dish soap and new sponge, sheets, waterproof mattress protectors for queen and king beds, 4 pillows with waterproof covers). There is a lot of storage for small to medium sized bags, a closet to hang clothes, secure cabinets. We’re providing child safety locks for double security. For larger items (large suitcases, stroller, sleds, baby gear, walker/wheelchair, firewood, etc.) there is storage under the RV. We’ve tried to provide enough to make your trip easy, safe, and fun. We’re always eager to improve and welcome any feedback. Thanks for your interest and have a wonderful day!

Leppie was great! It was our first time using a drivable camper and it was much easier than I thought. Aaron was very communicative the entire time! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great clean and easy camper to drive.

Aaron and Caroline are gracious, kind, communicative, and downright awesome! They were quick to answer questions, and spent a significant amount of time teaching us about Leppie before we hit the road. Aaron was very honest and open about Leppie’s (very few) quirks or imperfections.

This was our first time using Outdoorsy and our first time RVing. Despite our firsts, Caroline and Aaron were awesome hosts that helped us from start to finish.

A bolt in the awning fell out during the trip and the owner took our $1,000.00 deposit. Looking back I think that they knew it was broken and simply chose not to tell us so that they wouldn’t have to pay for maintenance on their own vehicle. Be careful if renting from them. They seemed nice, but are actually quite dishonest. Choose someone else.

Aaron & Caroline’s answer

We’ve had such a great experience renting to everyone that has taken Leppie out, your family included. It’s unfortunate you think that about us, and it hurts that you wrote that about us on our page.
