We have thoughtfully provided almost everything you need for an ultimate camping experience to include master bedroom linens and pillows, 2 extra blankets, 2 bath towels, kitchen towels, all kitchen utensils, dish ware, pots and pans, pet bowls and pet waste bags, Keurig and French press coffee makers, tea kettle, mini blender, smores sticks, outdoor grill, 4 folding outdoor chairs, cornhole, badminton, volleyball, indoor card games, TV with DVD player and a wide selection of DVD movies. A generator is available for an off grid camping experience as well for a small fee. Delivery and trailer setup is also available. Let us help you make "s'more" memories.What's includedThe hitch is included with the rental. Cleaning supplies also included.RecommendationsThis is a Ultra light trailer. Can be pulled with a F150 pickup, Chevrolet 1500 pickup, a Dodge 1500 Pickup, a Suburban or Tahoe, a Ford Expedition, or a Escalade, as well as larger Pickups. Vehicle MUST have a trailer break controller in order to pull our trailer. No exceptions! Also delivery is available for a fee. Dry weight is approximately 5600 lbs. Other things to noteNo smoking in trailer. Linens are provided only for Master Queen bed. Please wipe counters, sweep and Swiffer before returning. Also please take all trash and cans/bottles upon return.Festivals and Tailgating are acceptable.

- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $95.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. You will also get fresh towels and clean bedding for master bedroom.

Great communication! This is our second time renting this trailer, it’s like borrowing from a friend. Jason has been very accommodating and helpful with both experiences. The trailer is very well stocked and comfortable.

This was my very first time renting or even using a travel trailer. Jason and his wife made my experience super comfortable and took their time to explain how everything works before we took off. I pulled the trailer with my f-150, traveled with my wife and 2 little kids. This RV was the perfect size for our family of 4 and would definitely do it again. Highly recommend for your next adventure.

Jason was awesome, very nice and communication was great. He let me pick the trailer up early in the morning which was super helpful and always answered the phone if I needed anything. He has a two generator system that works but is slightly finicky so just ask how to hook them up and get the ac running and maybe have him show you before leaving the house. It’s not to complicated, but be easier to be shown than told over the phone. Overall would recommend Jasons trailer to friends. It’s a good deal and a nice trailer!
