5We had a great time. The trailer was very nice and comfortable and stocked with the necessary items, plus some bonus items like reclining beach chairs. everything in the trailer worked well, and the Coyl's were great. Thank you.

1This is NOT resolved! Scott was present at the campground approx 3 hours BEFORE the trailer was delivered and therefore was AWARE that there weren’t any electrical hookups. Yet he delivered the trailer later on Thursday May 23 even though he was aware of the campground circumstances. At the time of delivery I told him about the problem with the CO monitor and he either didn’t understand or didn’t care. The entry step was treacherous to say the least! See Photo. When he returned with a different battery (as both of the installed batteries were dead) he attempted to connect it to the trailer and was surprised when there was an electrical arc (it appeared as though he didn't have any idea what he was doing as he tried to connect the battery backwards). As I explained to him it appeared there was a dead short. Once again he didn’t seem to understand and didn’t care. This is probably why your battery was discharged when you picked up the trailer. By the way if your trailer is wired correctly, anytime you connect the lights to the towing vehicle it will charge the batteries on the trailer. I told Scott this when he first delivered the trailer with the original dead batteries but he didn’t seem to care. There is NO cost involved with your depleted battery which is due to your negligence. You simply need to charge it. As far as the water pump being inoperable, it didn’t really matter because the ENTIRE water system leaked. As I said in my original email, there were several leaks when I attempted to connect the water supply. As to your asking to be notified of any deficiencies during the stay, ALL of the issues except the missing table and chairs were addressed with Scott AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY and he didn’t care! He was in such a hurry to get out of there that he told me to “McGiver” something up to make the trailer work. You need to send me the refund $586.50 and the full $500 deposit for a total of $1,086.50. This amount needs to be remitted to me no later than 5pm Wed May 28. Please don’t force me to cancel the credit card payment due to fraud and misrepresentation. Also I will need to contact the DMV and the state department of consumer affairs. It is against the law to transport that trailer without a working CO monitor. That and the electrical problems are a fire just waiting to happen. I would like to speak to someone with Outdoorsy

5Desiree and Scott were kind and considerate beyond belief. My partner and I had a really tough trip due to a medical issue that came up, but our hosts were consistently able to accommodate our changing needs. They showed up several times to check on a few issues that we had and guided us through usage of the trailer. They were patient and respectful with our needs. They let us add a few days that we needed at the end of the trip and even helped us with an unrelated issue of returning some lost keys! They went above and beyond in every respect. The trailer itself is adorable and comfortable, and it had everything that we needed. Overall, although the trip was hard for us, Scott and Desiree were one of the best parts.
