Heartland Mallard M26 travel trailer fully equipped with a Casper king size memory foam mattress, double bunk beds in the rear, plus the dinette and sofa convert to beds to sleep two (or four) additional guests. Has a well appointed kitchen with three burner stove, oven, microwave and a nice size electric/propane refrigerator. We include pots, pans, plates, utensils, & knives. Everything you need to whip up a delicious meal while camping! Has tons of storage space for all of your adventure gear!Our rig also includes a wifi capable 40" 4k TV (rig has an Hdtv antenna on the roof) and a stereo system with bluetooth (outdoor speakers as well). There's an outdoor kitchen that includes another small fridge, two burner propane stove, and a sink. There are dual 30lb propane tanks so you'll have plenty of propane for those cold nights to keep you warm and to cook up some hot meals. Full tanks will be provided, but renter is responsible to fill them up if you need more, but not required to return them full.Please be sure you have an appropriate tow vehicle. The dry weight of the rig is 5,996lbs with a gross weight of 8,600lbs. It has 1,250lbs of tongue weight so please check the payload capacity of your tow vehicle. We have a weight distribution hitch w/anti-sway if you don't have your own hitch that can be provided. If you have any questions or concerns about your tow vehicle please feel free to reach out.When requesting a reservation, please send us a little information about yourself and what your plans are with our trailer just so we can get to know you a little bit. Can you also please let us know what your tow vehicle is.What's included2x camping chairs, cookware, utensils, & RV friendly toilet paper.We have included some of our favorite games for entertainment during down times.All towels & linens are provided but must bring pillows.For an additional fee I can also deliver and setup the rig for you within 100 miles of Las Vegas/Henderson depending on time frame and schedule.
