We will charge $5/mile for One Way Rental.Make your RV trip Memorable with Our Brand New Modern 2022 Entegra Coach! It is perfect for families up to 6 people. There are 6 seatbelts attached to the chassis to the motorhome.It has very spacious floor flan even when the slide-out is closed. It helps you feel open and offers you plenty of space to move around painlessly.The Cab-Over Bunk has beautiful large automated window that allows you sleep to under the stars. Two adults can comfortably enjoy Cab-Over Bunk.Kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen plates, utensils, pots & pans. Includes bedding, towels, and wash clothes for 6 people. We also provide 4 camp chairs and a large cooler on demand without additional charge. Please just ask us to include it in the rental.The dinette is multi-purpose as it allows a great allows a great space for families to share meals and can be transformed to a comfortable bed for 2 at night.It also has dual battery that allows you to have electricity all night (without running the generator). - 5 generator hours / day
* No climbing on roof. We do not allow the use of the RV rooftop.
* No smoking. If smoke (including cigars, pipes, vapes, drugs, etc.) is detected you will be charged a minimum fee of $1500.
* No pets unless agreed upon. If pets are detected, you will be charged $400.
* No refunds for early returns.
* A fee of $50 per hour will be charged if the RV is returned later than the agreed upon time.
* No travel is allowed on any non-paved roadways like logging roads, forest service roads, beaches, etc.
* You are responsible to disclose any tolls, red light tickets or parking tickets to owners at the time you return the RV.
* Unlimited miles included per day/night if the RV is driven in NV, AZ, UT, & CA.
* Guests are responsible for any interior or awning damage. Insurance usually does not cover these damages.
* The RV you are renting runs on unleaded gas fuel. Please put the right fuel.
* If tank levels do not read EMPTY on the control panel, you will be charged a $150 dump fee.
* A Deep Cleaning Fee of $150 will be assessed if RV is returned unclean AND requires more than a surface cleaning or any reconditioning.
* The use of the on board generator is included in your RV rental, up to 5 hours per day/night. Any overages will be billed at listed price.
* You will be charged and agree to pay the Deep Cleaning Fee of $300 if we detect unpleasant food smell or pet hair.
* Any damages/issues/problems/repairs need to be reported to us immediately.
* Towing is not allowed.
* If for any reason you abandon the RV, you will be charged a $3,000 fee for Abandonment and Retrieval.
* In the event a lockout occurs you agree to pay .75 cents per mile, round trip, for owner to drive and unlock RV and a fee of $25 PER missing key.
* There is a first aid kit provided. Please use what you need, should it become necessary – once it is opened, you own it & will be charged $10 (replacement value).
* The RV has been equipped with a GPS tracking device for safety and must not be removed/unplugged for any reason.

Mo was an excellent host! He accommodated our trip on short notice after another host canceled. He was flexible with us and his RV was perfect for our trip. It was maintained well and worked with no issues for our week-long trip. We would highly recommend Mo to anyone wanting to rent an RV in the Vegas area.

This was our first RV trip and it was unforgettable! Mo was incredible! We had an issue with the toilet our second or third day in (a small piece broke that was needed to open the drain when flushing) and Mo drove 4 hours one way to fix the issue. We didn't have to change any of our travel plans, he just met us where we were headed and fixed it while we were at lunch! First RV trip was a true success with many memories made! I can't enough good things about Mo!

Look, the unit is not 100% perfect - these RVs rarely are, except when you rent from owners who are so very particular about everything. Then yes, you’ll have a pristine unit, but they’ll be splitting hairs when you return about the smallest « part of life » thing that happened.
By contrast, Mo and his 2022 24B are not like that. The unit does show some wear and tear, like some drawers being hard to pull out and others being so loose that they’ll come open when you make a turn. Or a shower door that requires Thor-like force to slide open and shut… Things like that, nothing that actually affects the functionality of the unit, but you’re getting it in the state that the least considerate renter before you took it down to - and in our case that included cleanliness; whoever had it before us was not as neat as we are and so we spent a couple hours cleaning things up before unpacking. Oh well, I’ll admit we’re neat freaks.
So there you go, if you can’t put up with that sort of minor inconvenience, then move on.
But as a seasoned renter, let me tell you, you shouldn’t care about this stuff and should be far more focused on the kind of person you’re renting from. And that’s where the five stars come in for us: we had some small stuff happen (leaky dump hose, blown fuse on the water heater) and Mo was super responsive each time, with a full on « buy what you need I got you » attitude, going as far as FaceTiming with me to walk me through that fuse replacement. Even better, upon return he was so gracious even when we unfortunately showed up 25 minutes late to our drop-off appointment. Trust me, the return experience can be stressful but Mo just made it super easy for us.
So bottom line: I’d rent from Mo again in a second. He’s good people, and that’s far more important when renting an expensive asset like and RV than the RV itself being absolutely perfect. Thank you Mo!

Mo is an awesome host. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient when I had to call for help. There’s always little things that you need help with and he was more than accommodating. We were late dripping the RV off due to difficult weather and he was very flexible with that. The RV was very nice, very clean, just as advertised and perfect for our trip. We will be back to rent from Mo again. You should too!
