- Interior stereo system that is Bluetooth capable, as well as USB and Audio jack compatible with interior speakers
- Board games and DVDs included for family fun

Sleeping quarters consist of:
- Standard sized Queen bed with 3” memory foam topper, with USB outlets
- Bunkhouse consists of 2 twin bunk beds that can comfortably fit adults, but ideal for children
- The dining area can be converted into a full-sized bed that can sleep two
- All linens are included, minus pillows
- Spare blankets are also included

Kitchen area:
- Microwave and gas range
- We provide fully stocked dishware for (6) people
- Cooking utensils, knives, pots and pans, mixing bowls, colander, grilling utensils, smore sticks, cutting board and hot pads
- Silverware, cups, coffee mugs, coffee maker, napkins, paper towel roll
- Dish soap, towels and sponges

Bathroom Area:
- Spacious shower can accommodate most adults
- Toilet Paper and towels
- Antibacterial hand soap
- Basic first aid kit and hand sanitizer

Optional Equipment:
- Bicycle rack for 4 bicycles
- Generator
- Electric brake controller

Recommendations

Family fun and adventure can take on many forms. For those that just want to get away, RV campgrounds are ideal. They usually offer full hook-ups, so creature comfort is the top priority. Sporty is compact enough to get into most National/State Parks, such as Yellowstone, Yosemite and Zion. Enjoy the ocean and waves, and take a trip to Pismo Beach, Huntington Beach, or others. Sporty is the ideal size for beach destinations. For those who crave adventure and the true outdoors, Sporty has an off-road package, with 15” all terrain tires and high ground clearance to get you to your favorite hunting or fishing location. My family has close to 16 years of camping experience so please feel free to contact us with destination ideas or questions.

Other things to note

- Renters must be 25 years or older with a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- An insurance binder must cover all days of the rental
- $1000 deposit, refundable upon return of the trailer with no damage
- No smoking or drug use inside the trailer
- No more than four (4) adults or two (2) adults and four (4) children overnight
- Vehicle “Must” be rated to tow 5000 lbs. and have a 7-pin electrical socket
- Brake controller is also required, but we have a brake controller that can be rented if you don’t want to install a brake controller on your vehicle.
- Pick-up time of 3 PM
- Drop-off time of 12 PM
- Pick-up location will be the Target parking lot located at 350 W. Lake Mead Parkway, Henderson, Nevada 89015
- trailer ball mount (2 5/16”) with integrated load bars is included with the rental
