Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We will try to be as flexible as possible. Just let us know what you need, and we will do our best to accommodate you. The sooner you ask us, the easier it is to make it happen.
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Like every camper van, there are some things to know when operating the van, but everything in the van works great, so there aren't too many special tips or tricks. We will leave you plenty of instructions, so if you get stuck, you have a guide. Plus, we are here to contact if you ever need to talk to us.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The great news is, you won't ever need to hook up! We have a compostable toilet, so no sewage hookup. The van comes with an easy to fill huge 40 gallon fresh water tank, and almost all campsites have a potable water fill. The battery system is pretty big, and no one has run out of power, but if you will be camped in one spot for a while, espeically if there's not a lot of sun, you can plug the van in. There is an outlet on the outside if the van and a cord in the trunk. Just plug in!
