Thank you for looking into my beautiful Kodiak trailer. I hope your family will be able to enjoy it as much as my family does. My Kodiak comes equipped with a full queen sized bed in the master room and two bunk beds that are slightly larger than twin sized beds. The couch becomes a bed as well as the dinette. Includes a good size freezer/fringe indoors and another small fridge outdoors. It has a stove with burners inside and another burner available to hook up outside. No grill included. There is a good amount of storage space and also has a larger than standard pantry. What's includedOur trailer does not include any linens so please plan on having enough blankets and towels for your trip . It comes with 4x chairs, bike rack and a propane camp fire. (Propane not included) one thing my trailer does not come with is TVs/dvds.RecommendationsMy family has enjoyed taking our trailer to Mountain Lakes(membership required), Yucaipa Regional Park and Frank Bonelli park and would recommend all of them to our guests.Delivery and set up within 100 miles can be arranged upon request for a small fee depending on distance. Other things to noteUnfortunately we have family members that are allergic to pet fur so there will be absolutely no pets allowed. Thank you
