Our 2022 Coachmen Catalina 184BHS is our flagship unit — newer, well-appointed, and kept in rental-ready condition between every single booking. At just 23 feet long, it fits comfortably at every site in the Adirondacks, including the tighter spots at Fish Creek and Rollins Pond that larger rigs simply cannot access.Sleeps up to 8: double-over-double bunks in the rear bunkhouse for the kids, a fold-down queen Murphy bed up front for the adults, and a U-shaped dinette slide that converts for additional sleeping. The main living area has a full kitchen with full-size appliances, plenty of counter space, and a comfortable sofa. This is a quality unit — not a worn-out fleet trailer.Everything Included

Without a generator you will have no power for the refrigerator, air conditioning, lights, fans, or device charging. We rent portable generators — add one when you book and it will be set up and running at your site before you arrive. We handle all refueling guidance and tank dumping on pickup. 5.0Shannon was easy to communicate with to set up my rental of Shannon's Rolling Retreat. They came to me and dropped off the trailer. They set it up for me in under 30 minutes, and it took them under 20 minutes to hitch up the trailer when they picked it back up. The Rolling Retreat looked and felt brand new! Everything in the trailer worked flawlessly; the lights, bluetooth audio speakers, fridge, and bathroom were used and great additions to have during our long weekend. Shannon herself was thoughtful of what I may want during my rental of the trailer and provided advice on using the trailer and its amenities. I would consider renting from Shannon again, and I would recommend one of her rentals to a friend looking to rent on outdoorsy in the northern NY area. Miles
