Brand new 2022 Travel trailer with 2 slide out, fully equipped with all of the bells and whistles. Sleeps up to 11.
Interior Features:
* 2 Bedrooms, 1 Queen bed, 2 closets to hang clothes and storage space, 2nd room has 3 bunk beds and 1 sofa which can sleep 2 with closet (hangers in closet) and plenty of storage. (We provide sheets, blankets, and pillows).
* 2 Flat screen TV'S.
* Dining room table with chairs.
* Sofa can be converted into additional sleeping space for 2 people.
* Dinette can be converted into additional sleeping space.
* Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator. (We provide plates, cups, utensils, wine opener, can opener, pots and pans, coffee machine, espresso machine, coffee, cream, sugar, tea, dish soap, and paper towel, and trash bags).

If traveling to Flamingo Campground and we deliver and pick up, the park charges $30 each way to enter. That can be charged up front or deducted security deposit.
If customer does not dump the black and grey waters there will be a $150 charge deducted from the security deposit. (This does not pertain to campgrounds with full hook up).
NO SMOKING is permitted inside the RV. If there is evidence of smoking there will be a $250 fee deducted from the security deposit.
RV will be inspected, sanitized and cleaned before your arrival. This is a mandatory $100 fee. We ask that the unit be returned in the same general condition that you received it. If a significant cleaning is required, an additional $100 will be deducted from your deposit.
When the RV is delivered or picked up and the driver has to wait longer than 30 minutes there will be a $50 late fee for every 30 minutes thereafter.
Owner is NOT responsible for any personal items left behind from renter.
Renter is responsible for tolls if any. This will be charged upon your return and deducted from your security deposit.

Yoany made the whole experience easy. The camper was set up for us when we arrived. The camper was perfect for our family. Everything was clean and functionable. We would definitely rent this again.

Great RV, fabulous communication, and wonderful to deal with hosts! The RV was spacious and comfy, and was stocked with all the items necessary for a great weekend. We had the RV delivered to our camping location and they showed us everything we needed to know for a comfortable stay. We did not have hook ups so we rented the generator for our stay which was simple to use. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental not only is it a great RV, the hosts were absolutely amazing to rent from.

Fantastic host. They set the RV up before we arrived at our John Pennekamp State Park site and packed it up for us after we left. RV was in excellent condition and clean. RV was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved all the personal touches. Host went out of their way to accommodate last minute add ons like outdoor rugs at no extra charge. We will definitely come back next year. Can’t emphasize enough on the excellent service. We had an amazing trip!

We LOVED this experience for our family of five (kids ages 10, 8, and 6)! The kids especially loved the bunk room and spent ample time playing in there and organizing their things into all the nooks and crannies. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen feature, the camp chairs and table for playing cards outside late at night, and the well stocked kitchen. Super clean, lovely space, and obviously well taken care of. We also loved how the owners carefully explained everything to us upon arrival. We would definitely rent this again! Highly recommended---especially for a family with kids.
