Brand NEW 2021 RV! We did replace the stock mattress with a brand new, much softer and cozier mattress. Perfect for boondocking, forest campgrounds, snow birding, and road trips!
When the suns out, pull out your large awning (18'), hang a cute flag with our small flag holder, grab the four camping chairs provided and enjoy the fresh air of the outdoors. There are exterior sockets for anyone who needs them as well! Use our hammock and turn on some music and listen to your jams using the exterior and interior speakers! When the sun goes down, gaze at the stars while using the pie irons in a campfire to make pizza, jelly sandwiches and play some outdoor games that we provide! When it’s time to hang it up and go inside, head into the family and kid friendly, roomy Jayco Redhawk to relax. Put up some extra privacy with the black out shades and windshield and driver/passenger window covers.
Walk into the kitchen, start the oven, and make warm cookies for everyone as an evening snack! Plenty of plates and utensils for everyone. The bathroom does include RV approved toilet paper and a stand up shower to wash up.
For the next morning, start your day with a coffee from the Keurig and breakfast made using the gas stove top, microwave and/or toaster. No worries if you make a small mess, we have plenty of cleaning supplies, soap, wash clothes, towels and more to make it much easier for everyone.

* NO Smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $500 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.
* Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result.
* You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
* NO climbing on the roof.
* Please dump tank before returning. If not dumped, the service fee for a professional to dump the grey/black tank is $100.
* Festivals and tailgating are not allowed and will result in a $500 fee.
* Pets are not allowed in the RV and will result in a $500 fee.
* Must maintain all fluids.

Ruben was great to work with! We were first time RVer’s and used it over Christmas break to travel around and see family. The RV was clean and FULLY stocked with anything and everything you could need. Ruben was super responsive and overall it was a great experience. We hope to rent it again.

We had a great trip and the Marshmallow met every need we had. It’s was a “boys” trip with Dad and 2 boys. We had tons of space and the RV is very well appointed. It’s easy to drive and operate when you arrive at your site. Instructions provided were helpful as well as the initial walk thru. We would definitely rent again as the need arises!

We canceled due to a recall and found it to be unsafe to send with Chris. Chris completely understood and appreciated the heads up. He even said this in our last text to each other - "Hi Ruben (or Amanda?), thanks for the update. I really do appreciate you letting me know about this issue with time to get another rental lined up. We have had a couple other owners cancel on us last minute previously and that led to a hassle trying to arrange an alternate rental. So your notice is very appreciated"

This was our first RV trip and we are officially hooked! To start it off Ruben and Amanda were so helpful from beginning to end, very easy to get in contact with and quick to respond. And the RV was emaculate, hard to believe it is rented out almost every week! We have 4 kids 6 and under and this RV was a life saver for making our long trip feel like a grand adventure.
