Folding trailerHouston, TX
Sleeps 5
10 ft. long

Simplify, Simplify, Simplify. Pop-ups are a great way to camp, short or long term. Set up is quick and easy, and this Fleetwood has an automatic device to raise and lower the roof. No hand cranking! It can comfortably sleep 5, maybe 6 if you have small children. There is a King size bed (see photo with the broom and the egg crate padding added), and on the opposite end there is a Full size bed (see photo with the broom for perspective.) The twin size bed converts into a dining table, though I prefer to eat outdoors!Other conveniences include a 3 burner stove which runs on propane. The small fridge will hold essentials like milk, bacon, eggs, and a six pack or two. There's plenty of storage space for dry goods as well. With a water hook up, you can wash dishes in the sink or rinse in the outdoor shower. For hot Texas days, the A/C keeps you nice and cool! There's a port-a-potty which you can easily empty at the park's dump station. For fun and leisure, I've included camp chairs, a waterproof cushioned ground mat, and ladder golf. There are basic cooking supplies, plates, cups, cutlery, and dish towels. Additionally, I've provided a camp stove and converter hose which hooks up to the propane tank. I like to set up and cook outside under the trees! Additionally, I've got paddleboards that you can rent if you're headed lakeside! Just send me message for details. When open, the camper measures 21 ft. 4 inches long.Pick up time on weekdays is 4 pm. Weekends - more flexible.
Drop off time is no later than 5 pm any day.
Sorry, but NO Beach Camping.

We tent camp. We pop-up camp. We RV camp. We just camp! And hike, and explore, and sit by the fire... Just getting outside is our goal. State Parks and National Parks are places we like to go to see the natural beauty of the USA. Camping has taken me all the way up to Montana's Glacier National Park and many places in between. If you want some recommendations on where to go, don't hesitate to ask. If you'd like to rent either my pop-up or the RV and take it on a longer haul, touch base and I can work with you on mileage. Mainly, just get outside and enjoy!

Rules and policies

  • Not pet friendly
  • No music festivals
  • No tailgating
  • No smoking
  • Mileage: 100 free miles / day
For safety reasons, do not attach or otherwise tie anything to the roof of the RV. Please refrain from smoking. Watch your speed when towing; remember that the tires on the camper are smaller than those on your vehicle and thus rotating almost double. I try to keep my speed under 70 mph. Do not use the stove as a heating device. I've got a portable heater for your use if you request it.
