Owner rules
- Pets not allowed

- No smoking
- You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
- If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and alert the owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided.
- No smoking, $150 for cleaning fee plus any damage caused by cigarette burn.
- No pet, $200 for cleaning fee if there is an evidence of urine, furry, or feces smell.
- No climbing on the roof, renter will have total responsibility to fix the roof.
- No drive off-road, enter will have total responsibility to fix the suspension.

This is my review for the owner of the RV. He is great and the product is worth the money. However, Outdoorsy is a whole another topic. I would beware about the insurance they offer. From our experience it’s a total scam. You are better off calling your insurance and try getting roadside services for rentals or use a credit card that comes with some type of insurance for rentals. Someone needs to come up with another App! RoadBnB

Great communication. First time we rented an RV van and it went smooth. Van's AC, hot water, dry flush toilet and fridge all worked fine. The van was very convient to move around and camp. The trip was with my wife and our 2 boys.

We really enjoyed our experience with Chi's camper van. The van was easy to drive and handles great. The toilet and shower were easy to use and very convenient. The van was so well insulated for us and our young kids (December in the 40's) that we didn't need to use a heater or electric blanket. They were very responsive to messages and helped us troubleshoot during the trip (our 1st time driving an RV). We would highly recommend this campervan, it was built out very well.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We can arrange free early pick up or return the van (maximum 2 hours) for you to give you more time to your plan destination. But this is an optional based on ULIKEVAN schedule because we had full time job.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Make a trip to campground 1st to know the operation before you decide to go to nowhere. As our experience, this camper van had no restrict on RV park, Florida State Park, Texas State Park, but we highly recommend that you check with the campsite to make sure the van can get in.
Q.What things should I bring on my trip that ULIKEVAN don't provide?
A.
You should bring your pillows and blankets, personal items such as: shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, mug, thermo cup, portable speaker, charger cable, mosquito repellant. We believe you will be more comfortable to use your own personal stuff.
In addition, a minimum 50 quart cooler is recommend to keep your beverages cool for 3 days camping.
