Includes stylish seating that converts into 70-inch x 73-inch bed area that can comfortably sleep up to 3 adults, Lagun table, wall-mounted air conditioning, Alde heating system, entertainment center and kitchen with sink, 2-burner stove, and a 3-way fridge.Amenities: Included in your rental is everything you will need to use and run the camper: cookware, pots/pans, coffee maker, cutting board, dish soap, hand soap, RV toilet paper, supply of paper products (napkins, paper towels, plates, bowls), some cleaning supplies, RV sewage hose kit, black water tank treatment, water hoses for drinking water and tank flush, propane, wheel chocks, leveling blocks, main power cord, and adapter plugs. The trailer is also equipped with Trailer Valet trailer dolly for easy maneuverability. We ask that you bring your own linen and towels. A 2000 watt inverter-generator is available upon request.Towing: At just 2900 lbs. Gvwr, you can tow this little wonder with virtually any SUV, crossover, truck, or any 6-cylinder vehicle. However, for your safety, the tow vehicle Must BE Equipped with a round 7-way pin connector and an electric brake controller (required). A portable electric brake controller is available to rent. No tow vehicle? No problem! For a nominal fee, we will tow (and completely set up the camper) to any location (Texas State Park, private campground, or private land with adequate hookups) within 150 miles of our home in Houston, TX. We will pick it up when you are done with it. No towing necessary on your part-- you just make the reservations and enjoy!Insurance: The tow vehicle must have liability insurance coverage. At departure, a copy of the tow vehicle's insurance card will be made. The renters name must match the name on the insurance card or be listed as an additional driver.NO Smoking Inside THE Trailer
