1.0This was a terrible experience. I have rented from this company or your predecessors before and have never had such a poor experience. The rv was delivered before the delivery date without my knowing which left nowhere for it to be parked. The rv was parked by a campus administrator because of my relationship with them. But for that I am not sure what would happen. Upon getting to the rv on saturday morning it was filthy. Dust and dirt was everywhere as if it had not been cleaned at all. The bathrooms were dirty and reeked of urine. Then there was absolutely no water coming out, anywhere. I called and emailed for several hours saturday morning which interfered with my social gathering. No one came out so we were without water all day saturday which means we could not wash our hands nor comfortably use the restroom. I am not sure why all of these things were not checked BEFORE dropping off the unit. To date, I still have not heard from management on how they would like to resolve the issue. To note however the rv was not delivered in working condition as promised.
