No smoking, vaping or drug use inside trailer, or security deposit will be retained for professional cleaning.
Strip linens off beds and place any used towels in tub.
Please fold up camp chairs and tables, and makes sure awning is retracted completely.
No pets inside trailer, or security deposit will be retained for professional cleaning.
Add-On items are provided to ensure you enjoy your trip. Add-ons are used at the renter’s risk. Damage to add-ons will be assessed from the Security Deposit.
To avoid an excessive dirty fee of 150.00 the rig must be cleaned out at the end of your trip - garbage and food out, dishes washed, floor swept.
Loss of keys will result in $25 fine.
No awning use during inclement weather. Damage to the awning is the renters responsibility.

Jason was very responsive and helpful. His family camper was impeccably clean, beautiful, and full of any item we possibly needed. It was seriously better provisioned than many rental condos and homes we've stayed in. I highly recommend Jason and his beautiful camper trailer. We stayed in it as a family of 4 and often had 2 other children over to play or for food - lots of room. The bedding and blankets were super lovely and cozy.

Jason was awesome. Met us at the trailer to show us the ropes and left a laminated "how-to" just in case, but we did not need it. He explained everything very well to us as new Trailer users. The Trailer was in beautiful shape, as described and the extras we rented from him (bikes and fishing poles) were also in great shape. From start to finish, planning to leaving he was available to answer questions and help with whatever was needed. It truly was a care-free trip that we thoroughly enjoyed. Will 100% use Jason again in the future.

We absolutely enjoyed our first Outdoorsy rental experience working with Jason. Our host was so gracious and helpful. All our questions were answered prior to confirming the rental. As our trip came up we were in constant communication with Jason and felt assured that we would have a smooth rental experience. Jason was great to work with and provided every amenity we could think of.
This trailer is clean, fully stocked and beautifully decorated. The air conditioner was powerful and kept us perfectly cool throughout our stay. Jason showed us all the features of the trailer and explained all the details of the kitchen and storage area where there was a BBQ we could use. There were games in the closet and a video player with movies available along with a fireplace to enjoy. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows provided were luxurious. I was surprised to find a beautiful basket in the restroom with bath towels and shower amenities. Jason has thought of everything. From dish soap to salt and a blender, there was nothing we needed and didn't have.

We visited sand hollow state park and and was beautiful. The rental was much better than expected, clean and comfortable. We had more than enough room. We also rented the kayaks and had a blast. Highly recommend this rental!!
