Our 1 year new Greyhawk is beautiful inside and out, spacious, fully equipped and low miles. Two slide outs make for a very spacious interior. Heat/AC and water heater. Bath w/shower. Sleeps 5 comfortably and could sleep 6 with smaller children on dinette bed. Both driver and passenger seats swivel for additional interior seating.
Bath towels & dish towels provided, coffee maker, toaster. Fridge, gas range, oven, microwave, stereo w/outdoor speakers, two TV's, large outdoor rug, 2 camping chairs, auto lighted awning, auto levelers. Recommendations
We love taking long week end trips to State Parks - typically can find electric and sometimes full hook ups - if not there will be dump stations at the park. We have taken one long 3 week trip out west which was awesome seeing the mountains and National Parks. Simply relaxing under the lighted awning and sitting around a fire is the best!Other things to note
We will give you a full tutorial on the RV - it is not really as complicated as people think. Minimum of two night rental. We do take much pride in our baby and expect anyone using it to treat it just as we do. Absolutely no smoking permitted in the RV. RV must be returned with full tank of gas, full tank of propane (unless you select the $50 no fill add on), both the grey water and black water tanks must be completely empty. We are Staci, Jim and Molli (1yr old toy poodle). You will thoroughly enjoy RVing in our girl who we have named Wanda, the Wanderer. We take at least one long weekend trip per month usually visiting Midwestern State Parks. Last year (our first full year with Wanda), we took 3 weeks and went out west to CA, Death Valley and stopped in Vegas for a few days staying at the Circus Circus RV park. We were tent campers for many years but finally we’re able to move up to luxury camping with all the amenities in our new RV. No smoking in or near the RV, no climbing on roof, no towing of any kind, awning use with approval, if RV is not returned clean inside and out there will be a $100 charge, if the black and grey tanks are not completely emptied there will be a $50 charge per tank, if the gas tank and propane tanks are not refilled to the same level as when the trip started the renter will be charged whatever amount it takes to refill these tanks. All of these charges will come out of the rental deposit and can be agreed to prior to trip.

Staci and Jim were great hosts and easy to communicate with. Rv was in great shape and very clean. Driver and passenger seats were very comfortable. Rv was easy to drive with back up and side cameras. Everything worked great for us and I would recommend renting this rv.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are very flexible in pick up and drop off times. We will certainly try and accommodate anything needed if it works in everyone’s schedules. We both have pretty flexible schedules
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

We do a thorough walk thru with u plus also have full instructions printed for you. We also allow you to come another day for instructions prior to you departing to make your trip easer
