Trying to escape to nature but family not enthused about tent-camping? Try this comfortable compromise between a tent and a full-size camper or RV. This excellent pop-up camper has enough amenities to live comfortably for a while and feel the connection with nature, but not make feel like you just drove your house to a campground! It’s also lightweight enough at 3,500 lbs to be pulled by a small SUV.
Main features:
-2 pull out "king beds", both measuring 70"deep by 76" wide. (Fits two adults or several kids comfortably!)
-Sink with 10-gallon water heater
-Refrigerator
-3 Burner Stove (indoor or outdoor options)
-1 Full Bed with dining area bed conversion (see photos!)
-The floor space measures roughly 4' x10', which leaves plenty of moving around space on rainy days.
-Easy to set up and take down within approx.. 20 minutes
-When closed it measures 18'x7', from rear of camper to hitch.
-When open, it is approximately 24' x 12'.
-Storage space in front compartment for coolers or other small itemsWhat's included-Fresh linens for all three beds.

- Weekly (7+ nights): 10% off nightly rate
- Monthly (28+ nights): 20% off nightly rate
Fees
- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $100.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental, and includes a topped-off propane tank.

This was the perfect camper for our family of four! It pulled great, was stocked with essentials, and we had no problems. The owners were fabulous to work with. We will definitely be return customers!
