Accommodates 8 guests and has a master bedroom has 1 Queen bed in a private room with 2 small closets for storage. The other room has 3 bunk beds and a couch that turns into a queen bed. This room also has some drawers and 2 small closets for storage. There is 1 restroom with a shower and fresh clean towels. This RV has a stove with 3 burners, a microwave, and a fridge. There are clean sheets, pillows, and blankets for all beds. This RV has two A/C units one for the entire RV and the other for the master bedroom.

*Renter must be at least 25 years or older. Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license. Must-Have Travel Towing Experience. Outdoorsy insurance purchase is required.*
*Smoking of any kind is not allowed.*
*No pets allowed*
Holding tanks must be flushed and emptied upon return or a $50 dump fee will be charged.
The unit must be cleaned and left in the same condition as it was when it was picked up / delivered or a $60 cleaning fee will be charged.
Towels can be left in the tub at the time of return.
Delivery/setup and pickup/teardown option is available for additional charge within 30 miles of the Houston area subject to additional mileage charge beyond that.
