Our 2019 Coleman is a camper with all of the goods, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, plenty of room for the whole family! Happy Camping!What's includedAll essential items are included; Complete kitchen, pots, pans, silverware, dishes, and a Keurig for your fresh hot drinks. All bed linens, bath / hand towels, and wash rags. Outdoor kitchen with Refrigerator, grill, and sink and TV connection outside. TVs in the main living area and in the main bedroom. Camping chairs and 4ft. folding table.The unit does come with a weight distribution hitch, ball, and sway bar system that will fit in all 2" receivers. Larger receivers must have the reduction fitting to bring it down to 2".RecommendationsTexas State Parks and National Parks are always a delight to visit. Our clients have camped many places, we’d love to discuss all options for you and your loved ones to find the right spot, please give us a call.Other things to note- absolutely no smoking in the unit, doing so will forfeit the deposit

4. Call owner / associate if anything get's damaged. We know accidents happen and will always produce an outcome that is fair to our clients as well as ourselves
