2022 Brand NEW Forest River Top line Class C RV

This is my fifth RV rental and definitely the most expensive with extra charges. The good - it’s a low mileage new van. It’s basically empty so you need to provide everything, which we didn’t mind. The generator is pretty quiet if you are dry camping. The ok - the van inside was pretty clean however we had to clean the floor and have a proper interior clean before filling up. The bad - photos were already uploaded when I arrived. Photos of issues were missing (trim coming away / chipped window) and exterior photos were at a distance. The generator gas was less than half full despite advert showing it will be full. I was very accommodating to the renter as despite my selecting pick up times that helped me, he could only do times that helped him. Over the 3 day rental we only covered 400 miles on dry freeway. On our return the van was checked in however the renter said he was too busy to check in properly. Two days later he decides to add $150 for cleaning fees!!

Great. Andy was very great and am gave detailed instructions. He was easily reachable for further questions when needed. Will highly recommend.

The RV was very clean and well kept when we picked it up. Pretty disappointed to find out the majority of the amenities that were advertised were not actually included. Things such as pillows, towels, sheets, cups, shampoo, soap, kitchen supplies (pots, pan, utensils) and the description indicated there was an oven on board. Spent over $100 to purchase all of those supplies when we anticipated it being apart of the rental. Description needs to be updated so patrons can come prepared.
