Towing: Use a vehicle rated to tow at least 8,995 lbs. Ensure the brake controller and hitch setup are properly installed before departure. Always double-check that the hitch, safety chains, and electrical connections are secure before departure.
Emergency Preparedness: In case of a breakdown or emergency, contact us immediately.
Proper Use of RV Systems: Ensure slide-outs are fully retracted before driving. Double-check clearance to avoid damage when parked. Extend the awning only in calm weather and retract it during strong winds or when leaving the RV unattended. Only use RV-approved toilet paper to avoid clogs. Turn off the propane tank while driving. Only plug into 30 or 50-amp outlets at or use the generator for power.
Smoking or vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the RV. A fee will apply for violations.
Damage Reporting: Immediately report any damage, mechanical issues, or malfunctions. Failure to report damage will result in additional charges. In case of a flat tire, use the provided spare or contact roadside assistance. Do not drive on a flat tire under any circumstances.
