Kyle was very friendly and helpful and available when we had questions. A couple of things would be helpful. One is written operating instructions as a reminder in addition to the verbal instructions when we got the vehicle. Another is labels on the various keys so we don't try to use the wrong one in the wrong place.

The extra bed linens should be stored in a bin of some sort. The linens for the upstairs bed pads were not even folded, and I couldn’t tell if they were clean so we didn’t use them. The extra blankets in the main bedroom closet were somewhat folded on the floor and when I pulled one out to use, there were several dead bugs on it.
