Brand new travel trailer. Bedroom mattress is upgraded with foam toppers making it ultra comfy! Rate includes blankets, basic kitchen utensils, one large pot and pan, camping chairs, and other basic camping essentials. If you have special requests please let me know, I will try to accommodate.The following is not allowed as respect to others that will be using the trailer in the future, your safety and our asset protection: 1. Take the trailer to Mexico 2. Smoke anything inside or near by windows and doors, doing so will cause a $500.00 additional charge 3. Climb or walk on the roof (This can cause severe damage) 4. Allow non-authorized drivers to transport the trailer 5. Park the trailer on an illegal and/or unsafe area 6. Unauthorized repairs, modifications or alterations by you or others 7. Take the trailer to Burning Man (By doing this you will be Forfeiting your entire deposit additionally to claims and legal fees) Bottom line we want you to have a lot of fun, enjoy your vacation and have a wonderful time, just return the trailer in the same condition as provided when is due to return and everything will be great for all.
