*** Update: Due to my new work schedule, I can only accept bookings that begin and end on a weekend. I am out of town a lot these days but am home nearly every weekend. ***Hi Friends! This RV is just the right size for nearly ALL national parks!-Bunks (Top 200lb MAX)
-Dinette Converts into bed,
-Great for small families.
-Easy to tow with Midsized SUV/Truck (Hitch Wt: 350lb, Dry Wt: 3000lb)
This really is the perfect setup to get some outdoors experience! Dry camp for a weekend with ease during the cooler months. Perfect for a small family or group of friends. Will have Basic Amenities, Pull up, hook up, and go!
- Brand new mattresses on all beds
- Adjustable shower curtain - makes the small shower seem pretty large
- Upgraded battery system - allows for longer off-grid camping (w/ limitations)
-Cleaning Supplies
-Cooking utensils
-Full Freshwater tank (30gal) (unless requested otherwise)
-Full Liquid Propane Tank
-Coffee/Coffee Grinder
-Coleman Camp Stove and Propane (in the event you need it)
... and more.
Keep in mind, that this will depend on your destination. If you are visiting a site with full hook-ups, you're all set! If not, you will need to know the limitations with and without a generator. Will provide a generator and fuel at an additional fee (engine hours, wear etc.) based on your length of reservation, or you can opt out of the generator altogether if you are going to have hookups. No matter the case, feel free to reach out with any questions!
What's included- Fresh bed linens
- Paper Towels
- Cooking utensils
- Coffee grinder
- Shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash dispenser
- Cleaning Supplies
Recommendations**While the trailer is small, I would recommend a few practice runs if you are not ex\erienced with pulling a trailer on an empty parking lot if you plan on visiting a crowded campsite. This will pay dividends when attempting to park in tight spots.**- Additional fuel
* I will provide one filled LP Gas Cylinder. Additional refills will be on the renter. For longer trips, I would suggest a second tank just in case, though the RV conserves propane really well and you might not need it.
- Recommend bringing potable water.
*** While you do have a large fresh water tank, and I do sanitize and treat the tank, I do not recommend using it for consumption. I just have a hard time trusting every water source that it's been hooked up to throughout the various campsites. However, it is great for dishes, showering (indoor and out).
- Depending on the weather will determine how much you use the generator (optional).- The furnace works wonderfully in the colder months, but it can be a propane hog. Fortunately, due to the small size the furnace certainly does not need to be on all night to keep warm.
Other things to note***When in doubt, please send a message! I want the trailer to be an enhancement and not a burden to your outdoors adventure, wherever that may be.***- AirConditioning: Understand it's limitations. This is certainly not your home central air unit, or even a window unit. In extreme heat, it will NOT get as cool as one would hope. This is common for nearly all RV's equipped with the same type of A/C unit. That said, for most climates it works great, albeit a bit loud.- Finally, In the RV will come with nearly all utensils and cookware that you would likely need, I can't possibly cover every need but please ask if it is available before arrival and time permitting, I will see if accommodate special requests to the best of my ability.

We had an amazing trip!! Josh was so thorough making sure that we were setup for success and that we knew exactly how to use all of this great little trailer’s features. He even answered questions via text during our trip. This was the perfect sized trailer for our adventure and our three weeks on the road were comfy. I cannot strongly enough recommend renting from Josh, wonderful experience!!!
