He answered every question and text message I had right away, which I really appreciated because we rented it for a school function and sometimes I needed to have questions answered rather quickly. He delivered the trailer right on time, no waiting around. It was clean and cozy and the biggest bonus was that the beds were super comfortable! Awesome experience.
