With the exception of a few interior lights not working everything else was fully functional and we had an excellent time. The A/C blew ice cold.

The owner, Robert, was accomodating and allowed for an early pickup and late drop off of the unit which really helped the overall process by reducing the stress. Although I had experience pulling travel trailers, Robert made sure that I had a good understanding of all of the inner workings of the unit. The trailer was in fair shape (you can tell it had been used and maybe used hard by previous renters), but it didn't affect our trip hence still getting a 5-star rating; everything that matter worked -- the 7-way harness, the sway bars, hitch, chains, turn signals, water heater, A/C, internal plumbing, electric jack, awning, and the keypad locking mechanism for the main entry door was a plus (was able to lock the unit without a key which made going to the springs or leaving the camp site for a period of time stress free). Another positive note was where the unit was picked up/returned... it was an empty lot that had plenty of room to link up and haul away and it made it easy to return.
