This is the perfect couples Rental:) Has a Heated Quenn Bed enclosed with Bluetooth Speakers and a TV. The Kitchen in the back has everything you need including a microwave. There is a Gas grill that goes on the side of it which runs of the propane tanks provided. Whether you want to go off grid or stay in a park with hookups this is the perfect little trailer for you. It is lightweight so any vehicle can pull this. Comes with a great kitchen in the back, plus a gas grill that runs off the propane tanks provided If staying in a camp site just hook up the water and power and enjoy:) If you choose to go off grid this will run anywhere from 7 to 21 days without charging the battery (depending on how much you are using it) There is a Solar Panel up top that will help keep the charge.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

Water and Power are the only two hook-ups needed at a Camping Site. Extremely Easy just Plug in the Cords provided:)
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

RELAX!!!! The builders have done all the hard work, this trailer is very easy to operate. Enjoy:)
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I will work with your schedule as best as I can. Typically there will always be someone present at the home for Pick-Up and Drop-Off. This is for a 24 period (minimum of 48 hour total rental) so if you pick it up at 9 in the morning it will need to be back no later than 11 in the morning the day of return (2 hour grace period) after that the charges are as follows:
3 hours late $25 fee
3-5 hours late $40 fee
More than 5 hours late daily rate fee will Apply
