Clean and ready to go.Minimum Nights: Please note that my vehicle is available for periods of a minimum of 7 nights, however I may be able to accommodate shorter rentals at an increased nightly rate. If you would like to request a rental of less than 7 nights, please message me with more details and I would be happy to provide you with a quote. 5 night min with a higher rental rate.Burning MAN: Please note that for rentals between August 30 and September 7, 2020 the Security Deposit will be $3000. The Security Deposit will appear less than this during the booking process, however after the reservation is confirmed I will request that Outdoorsy adjust the reservation to increase the Security Deposit to $3000 for rentals during these dates. Cleaning fee for Burning man is $800.00.What's includedThe Rv is loaded with fresh linens, silverware, dishes, cooking supplies. Rules of the House. We do not allow pets in the RV because our kids are extremely allergic so please honor our request. We will fine the renter $1000.00 if this policy is not honored. No climbing on the roof or smoking inside the RV. Renter is responsible for all damages caused including damages due to improper clearance above or below unit. Off-road: Travel on non-public, unpaved and/or logging roads, sand / dunes in not permitted at anytime. Lower 48 states only. Canada allowed . Death Valley in summer-ask before booking. Any questions about this, please ask, exceptions can be made with approval. (Rental is per night) If returned after return time without written authorization, a fee of $250.00 will be charged. RV not to be driven in excess of 70 mph. One warning will be given and then a fee of $50.00 per occurrence will be charged. Minimum rental age is 25. We are flexible on the return time when we don't have the RV booked out, so plan on having the RV back to us by 11:00 a.m. unless we confirm with you that there is no booking for the date of your return, in which case, we can agree to a different return time. If you do not get the RV returned to us in time, and we have to rush to have it cleaned, inspected, and ready for turnover, we charge a $250 late fee for the rush. If you return it past noon, we charge the $250 late fee plus $225 for an extra night's booking. If you bring back the tank full, there will be no extra charge. If you do not, we will charge $5.00 per gallon to fill it up. Although we don't expect you to bring it back immaculate, and we know camping comes with some level of dust and dirt, if you being the RV back unreasonably dirty (e.g., piles of dust, trash everywhere), we will charge an additional $150 to have it sanitized and detailed. If you are in a collision and it is your fault, insurance will cover the damages (up to their limits). If it is the other vehicle's driver's fault, you must get the insurance information and contact information of the other driver and take photographs of insurance cards, driver's licenses, and vehicle damage so we can hold the other driver's insurance responsible. You will also be charged at the advertised rate for the time it takes to get the RV repaired as loss of income. Basic cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, bedding, towels, etc. are supplied with motor home are included for your enjoyment. Fuel tank and propane tank are to be full on delivery and are to be returned full. Motor home to be returned in clean condition as received. Additional excess cleaning fee @ $95 HR may be charged if unit is returned in dirty condition. Standard prep fee includes light cleaning, laundering of bedding and towels. We reserve the right to alter reservations of units in the event of scheduling conflicts, repairs/maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We had a great experience with Karina and Chip. RV was great for our trip. Very detailed instructions were provided which we really appreciated. Definitely review all the instructions carefully if you are a RV newbie.
