Our mattress is a very comfy memory foam/pillow top inner spring Queen bed in the back, not King. Here is a Very specific "how-to" on the entire coach. I'd suggest watching it before you pick up the RV because it is very detailed and easy to understand. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SzxzqhGNdcQ It might be snooze material, but please keep this in your phone/computer's browser when you are on your trip if you forget anything. I include the windshield bubble foil insulation reflector as it helps a ton when parked in the summer.

You are required to have FUN!!! If something isn't to your liking or your are confused about how to operate ANYTHING, please contact me, consult the above video so you can continue to enjoy your trip. If you don't ask, I can't help. Please bring coach back clean like you got it. We will restock, disinfect and launder. I don't want to charge the excessive cleaning fee or any other fees beyond what was charged up-front.. but I will if I have to. No roof access, no towing (sorry, read details of your insurance, it voids coverage) DO NOT FLUSH anything but human waste and RV approved toilet paper. Discard everything else in the trash. Clogged toilets on a vacation are not fun and you may lose some of your deposit if plumber is needed. RV toilets WILL clog with any feminine product, facial tissue (Kleenex) baby wipes or flushable wipes. This is NOT a regular flush toilet like at home. Please monitor your toilet.

Sorry NO EDC or Burning Man or other festivals of the like. I'd rather keep the coach ON the road please - no dry lake beds. Driving down dirt roads is frowned upon and prohibited if you will contact branches on roof or sides; new stickers and clear coat are expensive to replace. Hate to charge for stuff that people do regarding damage, smoking or dirty, but I will.
Please, NO Fish cleaning inside the coach. I have provided a large white cutting board that you can use outside if you must, but try to use a fish cleaning station. Zero roof access please. These roofs are held on with hope and a tube of caulk.
Absolutely zero smoking, incense, candles or anything burning of any kind inside the coach. Please smoke outside with the coach door/windows closed. I'm a strict nut about this and I can smell everything; there's literally NO hack for this, I will smell and charge if I smell these things. Many times the next renter is but hours after you drop off and there's literally no way to effectively remove the smell in time, please be considerate. Ponder before you puff. Please return gray/black tank empty, gas tank & propane tank full (see charges if you'd rather have me dump for you). Oasis RV Park (Blue Diamond & I-15) has a dump station for $25. Enter gates, park in RV spot, go inside to pay at gift shop & drive around to dump area. Costco is about 2 miles from my house and they do Propane (LP) fill and gas. I like to use the outside right lane.
Please clean the coach and return as close to the condition you got it as possible. I include a wet swiffer and some cleaning supplies. I will sanitize and restock and do the details so the next renter can enjoy just as you did. There is an RV/Semi Truck wash north across the street from The Silverton Casino, just west of the truck stop with Taco Time. Last I checked, they charge about $35 and do a great job.
Please keep pets off of the furniture. The upholstery is not very thick or durable for pet claws, especially larger dogs. NO CATS PLEASE. Please see pet deposit if you want to bring your fur baby; I only charge if the joint is all furry and if there's pet stains or it smells of pets. If you have a chronic leg-lifter, consider leaving them at home as there's tons of attractive corners for boys to be boys.
Your RV park/campground probably has a dump station as well as a propane fill; best to do it there while you are guaranteed the service is available. Dumping is probably free at a campground and included in full hookup sites right at your space. Propane is easy and cheap to fill before you drive back to Vegas... if you are close: Note the fridge runs on propane while driving unless you rock out the generator. Double check the power source to make sure you aren't burning propane and have to top off back in Vegas.

The RV was very large and very comfortable. The V10 engine was able to climb any hill without any problem. Kirk the owner was available 24 hours for any assistance that we needed while we were on the road. We traveled to the southern tip of Grand Canyon for two nights then Bearizona for one night and finally four nights in Lake Havasu. If your looking for an awesome adventure book a trip with Kirks RV!

Kirk and Leilani are great host. Loved the little extra touches they did to create a better experience for our family. Our family loved the RV and will definitively recommend or rent the RV again.
