Our trip to Utah’s might five was nothing short of fantastic in Ken’s Roadtrek. Easy to drive, with Ken spending plenty of time in an orientation session prior to the trip. It was equipped with everything we needed, had plenty of power, and was easy to maneuver on the highway, in the parks, and in mundane places like grocery stores. However, the most important aspect of the trip was Ken’s response to questions during the trip. I have been in IT for 56 years mostly in the customer services arena and have to say that Ken is the epitome of customer service. Ping him and he answers. No better combination than a vehicle that serves your needs, is well maintained, and great customer service. You knocked it out of the park Ken!

Pure awesomeness. Ken is the man, he's so much fun to work with. The van itself is easier than you'd think to drive, great for living and sleeping in even being 6' tall. Plenty of room, homey touches, cozy amenities, it's worth every penny. Free camping was easy, and the extra fuel tank (yeah that's a thing!) came in handy big time. We boondocked for 5 nights and with minimal showering and responsible water usage and opportunistic bathroom usage, we didn't have to dump our tanks or refill water once.
11/10 would absolutely recommend to a friend and would love to do this again.

"Drifter" was easy to drive. We had a few minor issues but Ken responded quickly. I would rent this RV again and I would rent from Ken again. It was great being the coolest RV at every place we went. Loved the extra LED light bars on the front and back. We spent several nights "dispersed" camping on BLM land--This RV is set up very well for off the grid camping. its also really nice that it does not have a generator which tend to be loud. It has Lithium batteries that are charged by the engine and from solar panels mounted on the roof. Drifter also has a small furnace that runs on diesel fuel so the whole thing is very pleasant and quiet at night. We used it in 32 degrees and up and the heating worked great.
Ken sent videos to watch about how to operate the RV prior to our trip and when we arrived he ran us through everything again and let us ask questions. He made sure we were happy with Drifter prior to driving away

Overall if you’re looking for a van to rent, rent this one. Look no further. This was our first van experience, and wow did we have a good time. The van was very clean and capable. We drove up some steep gravel roads and had no issues. As a Jeep owner, I was pleasantly surprised about this out of a van. I was a little concerned about interiorpower and the basics around how much gas would be used over night to heat the van, but after getting use to the van and how everything worked, I was really happy with how the utilities performed along with how efficient they were. When dumping tanks, it was a little confusing when the tanks were actually empty due to level sensors not reading accurately as Ken described to us before we left, the difference in pump sound when empty simply wasn’t familiar to me, but I’m sure if I was then it would be no issue. The last thing I will mention is in the listing it mentions NO towels, but towels were provided by Ken. I say this so you can save some room in a suitcase.
