5Voici la traduction en anglais, avec quelques corrections pour les fautes : --- We had an excellent trip with the van; it is perfectly equipped and completely self-sufficient. You don't need to bring anything; John has thought of everything, even charging cables. We appreciated that every detail was carefully planned to ensure we had a great trip. You can also find very interesting road trip ideas on the website. A few points to keep in mind: I had booked the van several months before my vacation and watched the training video right away, but after a few months, I had forgotten some points. I recommend watching the tutorial a few weeks before departure so as not to miss any details. Another point: the email with the check-in information went directly to my spam folder. I suggest checking your spam folder before departure. These are the only details to keep in mind, which are not John's fault. Lastly, the contact was very friendly, and we will definitely use Vegas Campers again for our future trips to Las Vegas.

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What are pickup and drop off times?
A.
Pickup is strictly 3pm or later. Drop off is 11am or earlier. Please add the early pickup/dropoff option to add up to 4 hours to your pickup and/or dropoff time. Anything more requires an extra night's rental.
Q.
I see that no dirt roads are allowed. Can you clarify?
A.
You can drive LESS than 1 mile to a campground or trailhead at under 10mph. Any more than this will result in the loss of your security deposit. Desert roads are notorious for massive potholes and washboards that have already caused thousands of dollars of damage. The vans are tracked by GPS and motion detectors that alert us when they sense the bumps... so we will know. We don't want to have to charge you. Thanks for understanding!
Q.
Oh no! My dates aren't available. What can I do?
A.
If it's the first or last day of your desired rental that's not available, message me and I'll make it work for you. Otherwise, click on my profile and check the dates for the other vans I have for rent! They're all exactly like this one except for the color, curtains, mileage, and year.
Q.
I have questions about van features. What do I do?
