No smoking, No climbing on latter, it is only to service the RV. Not available for travel to Mexico or to large festival/concert venues (Coachella, Burning Man, Electric Daisy Carnival, etc)
Renter is responsible for all damages caused including damages due to improper clearance above or below unit.
Off-road: Travel on non-public, unpaved and/or logging roads, sand / dunes in not permitted at anytime. NO Desert Camping without notice and Extra Fee or will be charged $1000 in deposit.
Lower 48 states only. Canada allowed .
Death Valley: Due to extreme temperatures, traveling in or traversing Death Valley is not permitted in July and August. In May, June and September travel is permitted, however, customer is fully responsible for all mechanical problems and/or towing or vehicle recovery costs. Ground temperatures can reach 140º F or 60º C
During July / August clients may be required upon pick up to sign and acknowledge these restrictions.
Summer: Travel in summer months and /or in extreme temperatures can strain motor home systems such as roof and dash air conditioners, generator and refrigerator. We maintain our motor homes to accommodate all weather conditions; however, clients should be made aware that performance of motor home systems under extreme conditions cannot be guaranteed.

5We had the best time with Chris's RV! He was super helpful and gave very clear instructions! This RV is the perfect size for someone who is a bit wary of driving a big truck and the windows on this vehicle are unbelievably large giving spectacular views!! There are a lot of specific details in each listing and this one is no exception: read the drop off and pickup time window and extra charge amenities! Chris is easygoing, friendly, and straightforward! Highly recommend!

5This mead my first time driving an RV, and it was super easy. It was a bit overwhelming learning everything about the RV, but i watched a YouTube video before the trip, and that helped so much!! The RV was great and spacious for my family. Really appreciate all the communication too! Thanks Chris!

5Our host was great! Ended up booking with Chris last minute because our first host canceled without notice. It ended up working for the better because Chris was very communicative and professional. As for the rig,, it was super easy to drive for the size and has a great configuration for my family. It has a few bumps and bruises consistent with a rental, but Chris was very transparent about them. Overall great experience.
