Review summary
Flexible, responsive, and accommodating
Mo accommodated short-notice trips, drove 4 hours to fix a toilet, FaceTimed troubleshooting issues, and was flexible with pick-up/drop-off times, including late returns.
Well-equipped and functional RV
The RV is generally clean, well-maintained, and equipped with listed amenities. While minor wear and tear (e.g., drawers, shower door) and occasional pre-existing cleanliness issues were noted, functionality was always upheld.
