This classic, clean RV will take you back to the 1970's. It offers the basics in areas where dry camping is the only thing available. It is comfortable and keeps you out of the elements better than a tent. For its age, it is in good condition. If you never have had a trailer or RV experience, this is for you. It will help you to know if you want to ever own a rv or trailer and if staying in one works for you. It is definitely better than staying in a car. FYI, a generator can be used, I suggest a propane/gas generator. Propane generators are more cost effective with gasoline prices on the rise. In most forest areas no amenities except maybe vaulted pitted toilets. This RV is not meant to use fresh water tank, although gray and black may be used, it is better to use toilets in areas where it is available. This RV is meant for short stays, allowing someone to decide if they like the experience. It is a good life. People mostly BBQ when they cook when staying, if you did not know.
