Rules and policies
We want you to have a great time while with us here in the Zion area. Here are a few of our Rules of Road to help make certain everything goes well. Please read the Rental Agreement prior to signing for a complete list of rules. For those selecting travel trailers: We only deliver our travel trailers, we do not allow guests to tow or move the trailers themselves. You must select your destination, campground, etc. prior to the reservation being completed. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver to a particular site if we deem it to be dangerous to us or our trailers. There is absolutly no smoking or vaping allowed in the trailers. Any signs of smoking or vaping will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Do not climb on the roof for any reason. No Pets allowed except in designated pet friendly trailers...if we find evidence of pets in the non-designated pet friendly trailers, the minimum cleaning fee is $500. Please read the entire Rental Agreement for all additional rules of the road. Thank you!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We have a very strict policy on pick up and drop off. There is a charge of $50 per half hour if you are late.

Can we smoke in the RV?

A.

You will be charged $500. We do not allow smoking of any kind in our RV.

Can I take this RV to festivals such as Burning Man, etc?

A.

No, we do not allow this RV to be used for Burning Man or other large festivals. The amount of time to clean after these events has historically taken longer than our process allows in order to re-rent immediately.
