Do you need a vacation but want a home away from home? Wait until you set foot in our 2009 Big Country by Heartland 38 FT 3500RL! You won’t want to leave and go back to reality! If your not in our area, don't let that stop you...we can discuss delivery to you or your destination!This 5th wheel is spacious and updated with a great size kitchen and counter space, large fridge with freezer, a microwave and propane gas stove! Fireplace, Living Room TV and speakers w/ surround sound also included. Couch pulls out to a full size bed and room for twin blow up beds on either side of the couch. Dinette table area with 2 seats. Sleeps 6 comfortably with floor space for 2 more in sleeping bags or twin blow-up beds.With 4 slide outs, this truly gives you lots of room and no one feels like they're stepping on each other's toes. One full bathroom with indoor stand-alone shower. Sink with vanity area. King size bed with 2 spacious closets. Full lighting outside for long evenings outside and fun patio look & feel. We can provide lawn chairs, extra folding tables, propane BBQ, etc.We can tailor amenities to fit your needs such as linens, towels, cookware, swim toys, bike rack, coolers or games to play with your family around a fire pit.We can even include the fixin’s for s'mores!We hope you shack up in this luxury home away from home soon and we look forward to having you year after year!

Hi everybody! We are a dynamic blended family of seven, and business owners in the Placer County area. We have been RV camping as a way to get away from the everyday pressures of life, and it has allowed us to get outside and be a part of nature and traveling and seeing things that you don't get to see everyday, especially on the iPhones or iPads...LOL
