It sleeps 9 comfortably with two full size bunk beds, queen size master bed with his and hers closet space, futon couch and dining table folds to an additional full size bed. Bedding not provided, Bring your own sheets. The upgraded led lights help to provide great lighting at night. The powered awning also has led lighting. We have one pop out which creates so much movable space you forget it’s a trailer. In addition we have a full bathroom with wonderful hot water! Heater runs on propane and the ac battery power (generator is needed for ac). Depending on where you camp the trailer has both city water hook up and fresh water. We will provide the power cord converter at no additional cost.
In most camps it’s little charge/free if we dump tanks for you we charge an extra $75
