This beautiful RV is ready to be your home away from home. We have upgraded the entry door to a keyless/remote entry lock. This Grand Design RV has a master bedroom with an upgraded residential size queen bed and a door that can be closed for privacy. There is also a dinette that converts into a twin bed and two full-size bunk beds at the rear of the RV. This RV can accommodate a total of 6 comfortably! For all you night owls out there that like to stay up all night fishing and sleep all day, this RV has black-out shades on ALL of the windows that can be closed to keep the sunlight out when needed.The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, 3-burner stove, a small oven and medium-sized refrigerator and freezer. There is a large bathroom with a toilet, small sink and a full-sized shower. When the weather isn’t so great, you can keep yourself and the kids entertained with the wall mounted Smart TV. There is also a Bluetooth stereo system, with indoor and outdoor speakers, so you can enjoy your favorite music everywhere!Having only one slide makes this camper a breeze to set up. The awning, with an LED light strip, will help you beat the Texas heat in style! The outdoor kitchen under the awning is equipped with a two burner gas stovetop and small refrigerator. The outdoor rug helps keep your outdoor sitting area clean and comfortable. There's even an outdoor spray port to rinse off the kiddos after a hard day at play.***We do offer delivery. The fee for delivery is $2 per mile to deliver/set-up and $2 per mile to pickup the RV. There is a minimum delivery fee of $125 for up to 40 miles, whether it's 5 miles or 40 miles.***If we deliver and pickup the RV, we will not charge a dump fee, whether we dump it at the RV campground or another location. I will pickup the RV and dump it for no additional charge.***We require a 3-night minimum rental for the following holidays:

Upon arrival, you will find our RV stocked with sheets and a blanket for each bed, 4 sets of towels, hand towels and wash cloths, 4 sets of kitchen towels, toilet paper, set of 4 dinnerware (plates, bowls, cups and silverware), cooking utensils, bottle opener, wine bottle opener, pots, pans, skillets and cookie sheets. You will also find a 5-cup coffee maker, coffee filters, a portable ice maker, two propane tanks and a first aid kit. We're even providing marshmallow/hot dog roasting sticks and a BBQ utensil set. You'll find tons of storage throughout the RV, as well as his and hers closets in the bedroom. Just bring your groceries, toiletries, and comfy pillows.The camper’s dry weight is 5,325 lbs., which means you will need to have a vehicle that has a towing capacity of at least 6,995 lbs., such as a large SUV or pickup truck. The GVWR of this RV is 7,600 lbs. We do require the tow vehicle to have an electronic brake control installed within the vehicle. You can check your vehicle towing capacity by putting the year, make and model into a google search.Our 2016 Toyota Tundra tows the trailer fine without any issues and without the use of a sway bar or a stabilizer hitch.Your vehicle must have a 7-pin round connector for the lights. Most vehicles with tow packages have this type wiring installed.There are a couple things we don't allow:No pets.
