Cute and spacious Rv. Has solar power for lights. Queen bed (2 adults) sofa bed (1 adult or 1 child) dinette turns into bed ( 1 adult or 2 children Max weight of 120lbs.) What's includedLinens are provided. 4 pillows. Kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and place setting for 4. Broom, Vacuum, mop, and portable trash cans with bags. Hot dog sticks and pie irons for fire cooking. Water hose for direct water hook up. Sewer hose for full hookup and toilet paper. Gas heat and electric AC with fan setting. Has tire chocks and blocks for stabilizer jacks. Please note jacks are stabilizers only not for leveling so you can not lift trailer with them to level it out that way. RecommendationsBring camp chairs, fire grate for fire cooking, and just enjoy and have fun!Other things to noteNo smoking or vaping, no pets, and no jumping on beds! The owner was quick to respond and stayed in communication up to the date of the booking. We told them our arrival time and the trailer was set up and ready when we arrived. The trailer was exactly as stated in the listing and everything was in perfect working order. We told them the time we were leaving and they were there on time ready to pick up the trailer. They included some extras like a Bluetooth speaker and some snacks, which were delicious. We recommend the rental and would definitely rent from them again.
