This trailer has been so much fun for my family and I to take to various campgrounds. It is like a home away from home. It has enough space for your entire family (up to 9) to enjoy. There are two bedrooms with doors for privacy. One Queen bed in the front bedroom, two double beds (one on the floor and one above the entertainment center) and a single bunk in the rear. The rear bedroom also has an entertainment center with a tv. There is a mid-size refrigerator in the kitchen with a 3 burner stove and an oven. The dining table is a U shaped dinette (can also be converted to a bed) giving lots of space at the table to eat or play games. There is also a leather couch (can be converted to a bed) next to the dinette for more seating. On the outside of the trailer there is an outdoor shower and an outdoor kitchen with a mini fridge, ice maker and sink. There are two doors to the trailer. One door leads to the main living area and the other door leads directly into the bathroom for convenience. The trailer also has two slides providing lots of space inside. The main slide opens up the living/dining/kitchen area. The rear slide opens the bunkhouse bedroom providing more space for kids to play. What's includedWe provide two folding tables, two zero gravity chairs, 2 adult camp chairs, outdoor trashcan, a large porch mat, kitchen supplies, a single-serve Keurig machine, 2 rolls of paper towels and 4 rolls of rv-friendly toilet paper (please don't use your own as it will cause damage to the trailer). We supply 4 bath towels and 2 hand towels. There are some games in the trailer. Bring your own linens. sleeping bags work great for the bunk room.RecommendationsSome of our favorite local camp sites are Lake Skinner and Vail Lake. Both campgrounds have lots to do for both kids and adults.Lake Skinner - Allows you to rent boats and allows fishing as well.

If you are not able to or are not comfortable towing a trailer of this size, no problem. With no hassle to you, we will be happy to tow it to your camp site, set it up for you and walk you through the trailer for a small fee. Some of our favorite local camp sites are Lake Skinner and Vail Lake. Both campgrounds have lots to do for both kids and adults. If you have any questions at all, feel free to message me. When bringing along your family pet, be sure to check the pet add on, as it requires a more extensive cleaning due pet hair and dirt. If you are dry camping (no hookups at camp site) and need a generator, we have one for rent and we do not limit your hours per day like most renters. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drug use. Any signs of such use will result in a $150 fee. Please make sure to empty the gray and black tanks completely before returning the trailer. If trailer is returned with them full, there will be a fee of $75. All dishes must be washed and put away. Any linens that have been used, please place in the bathtub.

It covers detailed cleaning of trailer and replacement of all consumables, such as toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, plastic cups, propane, soap, etc.***Should a rental come back excessively dirty there will be an extra $75 fee charged.*** We do not deliver to Glamis/Johnson Valley/Ocotillo Wells or any desert destinations like those.*** All bookings are Delivery Only.
