Review summary
Responsive, but problem resolution failed
Yery was consistently responsive to questions and concerns. However, he failed to offer fair compensation for a non-functional generator, water, and fridge during a rental, and insisted on a dump fee despite tanks being empty.
Drives great, but systems malfunctioned
The RV is described as clean, spacious, well-maintained, and drives great. However, one rental experienced non-functional generator, city water, intermittent refrigerator, and a broken tank indicator.

5.0This was our first time renting a drivable RV, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we booked, throughout our trip, and even after we returned the RV, Yery was incredibly responsive. No matter how many questions we had, he answered quickly and made us feel confident every step of the way. The RV was exactly as described—clean, spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for our family. He was transparent, professional, and genuinely kind, which made the entire process stress-free. Pickup and drop-off were both smooth and easy, and he took the time to explain everything without ever making us feel rushed. If you’re on the fence about renting from him, don’t be. We had an amazing experience and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again. Highly recommend!

2.0We’ve rented a few RVs on Outdoorsy and are experienced “RVers.” We rented this RV for a summer family trip. The day of our pick-up, the host informed us of the generator not working. The RV was returned late the day before with the generator issue so the host did not have any turnaround time to repair. From a business perspective, not including a buffer between rentals is a risk that can significantly impact the follow-on renters. We had no time to find an alternative rental so we had to proceed as is as we had made family and financial obligations. The host offered to cancel and give us a full refund but we couldn’t with only a few hours notice. If you know, the generator is important. We roasted on our scenic stops because we couldn’t power the AC and had to adjust our plans to get connected to a site sooner. During the trip, we also had issues with the city water connection and the refrigerator was intermittent on propane. We had to find a work around to have water in the RV and lost all of our groceries. I informed the host of the issues along the way to ensure they repair them for the next renters. I will say that the host is very responsive and fairly released our full security deposit. Also that the RV is in good shape and was pretty clean compared to other rentals we’ve had. It drives great and they had left new linens in there for us without additional charge. We didn’t need them but it was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, we spent much of our trip stressed about the basic functions and figuring out the work arounds. We understand that with these rentals, things can work fine for the previous and stop working for the current renters. That’s always a risk for the renter and host. However, there were a lot of issues and the host never offered any discount or partial refund for functions that we paid for and expected. So we requested it and were turned down twice. We didn’t expect anything significant because at the end of the day we used their property. Instead, the host said that they would waive the $85 dump fee (out of a $3,700 total rental). We fully emptied the tanks as required, flushed them, and de-odorized them prior to returning the RV. We assured the host we did and have the dump fee charge to prove it. The host insisted that the indicator shows waste in the tank (another thing not working). We also replenished (and we didn’t have to) some supplies for the next renter. So overall, we had all these issues and the host did not offer or accept our request for any equitable adjustment. At the end of the day, they provided an RV that was not fully functioning and were not willing to take responsibility and make it right for the renter. Hopefully they do for the next but based on the interactions, I do not believe so and would not recommend this host or their Jayco Greyhawk we rented.

5.0We had an excellent RV trip in this Jayco! We had a few questions at the beginning of our trip and everything was answered very quickly to help us out. Easy pick up and drop off; very flexible with times which is very much needed and appreciated when renting RVs as there is a lot of packing/unpacking/cleaning to do (at least for those who have members of the family who bring the whole house with them on these trips lol). Very pleased with everything and would rent from again.
