• Repair Costs: By signing, you automatically approve our repair charges. We do not need to seek your approval for costs. Our pricing is final and non-negotiable.
• Pet Policy: Pets must be disclosed. Pet fee applies. Excessive pet hair or damages will result in additional charges.
• Waste/Dumping: You are responsible for properly dumping and flushing tanks as shown upon pickup. Failure to do so will result in service charges.
• Cleaning: RVs must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive mess, trash left inside, or dirty dishes will result in fees.
• Fuel: RVs must be returned with the same fuel level as provided. Incorrect fuel or failure to refill will result in refueling charges.
• Extended Hours: Extended hour fees are non-refundable. Late returns beyond agreed times result in additional nightly charges.
• Drop-Off Rules: If we are not present at drop-off, renter must turn off fridge, lights, water pump, and water heater, and document the return condition with photos. We will inspect the RV in following days for unseen damages.
• Failure to return the RV on time resulting in cancellation or disruption of a future booking will result in the renter being charged for the full value of the affected reservation Plus a fee.
