Meet Dash the Allergy Sensitive Minnie Drop - pet free; fragrance free linen, cleaning supplies; and no cooking in the RV. If you think, "Oh, they'll never know we cooked in here," please move on, we'll know. If that last sentence made you think, "Wow, someone who gets it," then this is the RV for you. We ask that the microwave only be used to heat water. Dash's queen size bed is an organic latex/cotton oasis - sooo comfy. We require that you use our luxurious, unscented linens and allergen free pillows - all washed in that special way people with allergies love. If you're booking an extended trip, we'll provide laundry soap and dryer sheets as part of the linen package. When Dash is parked, we keep the windows and vent open to allow lots of circulating air. We also offer a portable air purifier for a modest fee. We use/provide unscented black water treatment, so even the loo is free of ALL the fragrances.Tall? 6'5" of headroom can be yours in a Dash.Dash provides a modest shower and bathroom facilities, very hot water, and a very cold refrigerator/freezer that runs on 12V power, as well as propane. TV, DVD/BluRay, radio, USB, Hdmi, and satellite, external speakers, awning, outdoor lights. NO backup camera at this time. Since we do not allow cooking in the RV, we have a great Eureka camp stove you can rent if you require one.Camping without hookups can also be in your future! Fresh/black/grey water tanks at 31/25/25 gallons; 1 deep cycle battery. This capacity works well for shorter trips.Don't want to end your trip with a dump run? Let us take care of that for you (fee applies).Dash is light, nimble, and equipped with the OFF-Road Package; unimproved roads are not a problem (within reason). Dash has an electric tow jack, making for an easier un/coupling. The sway bars will keep you feeling stable in the craziest crosswinds - Great Plains tested, mother approved. Wireless brake controller included.Mom and the 5yo did an action packed 5,000 mile tour - the furnace kept us toasty in the freezing, late-winter temperatures of the Rocky Mountains; and the A/C has been keeping us cool during our summer adventures (must have power hookup to run the A/C, furnace does not require power hookup). If you can get a spot, Dash is small enough that you can stay in Yellowstone National Park!Please do not spray perfumes, air fresheners, burn candles or other fragrant things you probably wouldn't do anyway when camping. Please note, essential oils are not good for everyone, please refrain from those as well - they are not harmless.Don't have allergies? So cool (I wish I didn't have allergies). We ask Everyone to do their very best to help keep Dash a reasonable RV for anyone who does.Allergens: We do our very best to keep Dash squeaky clean and fragrance free. That said, we cannot address all allergy concerns, i.e., latex bed, food allergies (some campers may eat peanuts in the RV). Though Dash has a lot of fresh air circulating all the time, there is still off-gassing occurring, though it is mild, by mom's account. We make no warranty that Dash is 100% allergen/fragrance free. We take no responsibility for anyone's reaction to the environment. We just do our best to provide the best possible allergy sensitive RV rental that retains its usability for our family.Physical Requirements: Un/coupling the trailer from your vehicle requires some physical strength - must be able to lift and carry 25lbs. If you have diminished physical strength we will happily help you get on your way with a delivery, hookup, and pickup (fees apply). Please consider that you may not be able to uncouple while on your adventure if you are not able to lift 25lbs.Service Animals: Due to the need for our family to maintain an allergen/fragrance free-ish environment, we are not able to book renters with service animals. Mom's allergies are severe and can be life threatening. We wish we could be more accommodating.
