Excellent and accommodating communicator
Justin consistently provides helpful videos, detailed overviews, and prompt communication before, during, and after trips. He is flexible and accommodates requests like early pickups and special arrangements such as one-way trips.
Easy and comfortable to drive
This Solis 59PX campervan is well-stocked with amenities (bedding, kitchen, coffee maker, camp chairs) and handles well on paved & gravel roads. It's clean, comfortable with a great layout, generator, and good water capacity. Minor issues: torn window mesh, no grey water dump hose.

5.0Timberline was perfect for our trip. We had to change our plans last minute due to wildfires, but it was easy with the campervan. We were able to go for up to three nights without having to top off the water tank, which gave us a lot of flexibilty. The campervan was well stocked and handled well both on paved and gravel roads, enabling us to explore some of the backcountry trailheads. We especially loved being able to get up to popular trailheads early and then cook breakfast there before hitting the trail. The generator came in handy for running the AC on hot evenings when we did not have access to shore power. Despite having over 60,000 miles on it, Timberline was in great shape with only two minor issues. The first was that the mesh on the windows for the pop-up top were torn, which kept us from opening up the windows for a cross-breeze due to bugs. The second was the lack of a hose for dumping the gray water at established campgrounds. This make it a bit challenging to empty the gray water tank. However, for shorter trips Justin indicated that the gray water tank can be returned full. Justin was a great communicator and accommodated our request for an early pickup.

5.0Justin was excellent to work with. His Solis 59PX is by far my favorite layout. The maintenance is also excellent. I did keep frozen meat in the freezer! We spent about a week camping in the Blue Mountains. It was a pleasure to rent from him. I would recommend this rental to you.
