I do apologize for the 2 bad reviews customers caused a bunch of damage, and unfortunately when a customer causes damage and they are responsible for the repairs they like to make their own reviews. We're trying to provide an amazing experience for everybody unfortunately we can't make everybody happy. Brand new 2018 travel trailer that sleeps five people. Comfortable and cozy with quite a few homey touches for your enjoyment.I do expect the travel trailer to be returned in the same condition as picked up. That includes dumping cleaning and refilling gases. I make this easy for pick up so you can get on the road right away and have a great time. I do include cleaning supply for the inside to make things easier on my renters. RecommendationsI do recommend you clean and dump the trailer after usage. This is an expensive charge because The trailer has to be hooked up moved to be dumped cleaned out. So to avoid any deductions of your deposit please make sure you return the trailer the same as you picked it up thank you.Other things to noteWe do not provide the trailer hitch due to them disappearing. The size is 2 5/16
