To the left of the entrance, there is a three burner range, counter area with overhead cabinet, and refrigerator. A large pantry off to the side provides ample space for storing dry goods and more. There is also a convenient kitchen island with added counter space and a double sink that will make cleanup a cinch.The opposite side features a tri-fold sofa and booth dinette. Both can be made into extra sleeping space at night and the sofa features overhead cabinets for storage. There is also an entertainment center that can be easily viewed from any seating in the room. A second smaller pantry is located off to the side of the dinette slide.Up front, there is a bedroom with a comfy queen size bed. Wardrobes are located on either side of the bed and there is a convenient laundry chute for clothes to keep things neat and tidy while camping.In the very back of this Premier unit, there is a complete bath with 30" x 36" shower including a glass door, toilet, and sink, plus a large linen cabinet for toiletries and more.

Rules and policies
The $500.00 deposit can be used toward damage, toll/driving violations, late fees, dump fee, cleaning fee etc. Sewer must be empty and trailer as clean as when picked up to avoid cleaning fee. Please have a sun pass ready at pick up (for people that do not show Sunpass at pick up deposits will be held until tollbyplate can show no toll violations (this can be up to 30 days from last day of your rental).
Please use septic safe toilet paper only in the trailer. The trailers are non-smoking & no pets.
***IMPORTANT – Only drivers listed on the contract & reservation form are allowed to pull the trailer. If there is an accident & someone else is driving that was not an approved driver the claim may not be paid & the renter could be personally liable for damages. We expect people to show up on time for their pick up/walk through appointment.
Renter is responsible for making sure their vehicle can tow trailer weight & they are not overloading the weight.
Nobody is allowed on the roof at any time or to travel in RV while it is moving.
