Exceptionally functional design allows for maximum use of space for quality living on the go. Sleeps 10!Private queen master bedroom in the front and a separate motorized (!!) double bunk room in the rear. With the push of a button you can retract the double bunks up to the ceiling and create space for hanging out or playing. A soft floor mat in this space allows for a super comfortable kid play area during the day. The private queen and double bunk beds all have mattress covers - just bring your own sheets or sleeping bags and pillows (or let us know if you'd like us to supply bedding).Power slide-out, large power awning, and dual entrances (main and rear) with additional ultra convenient outside access to the bathroom are perfect for glamping.Ceiling fan, heater and A/C all available to optimize your comfort.The fully stocked kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer, 3 burner stove, oven, and microwave.The dinette comfortably seats 4 and can be made into a double bed. The adjacent cozy couch with oversized luxe seating easily seats two adults or several kiddos to curl up and relax or tuck into a movie. This couch also pulls out into a double bed. A TV/DVD player on the entertainment wall has a pull out arm to adjust for your viewing pleasure.The full bathroom features a toilet, sink with vanity mirror, and tub/shower. Pillows (6) w/ pillow covers included (just bring your own pillowcase).We will provide a detailed and easy to use manual for how to operate all aspects of the RV.We clean and sanitize the camper between each rental.All towels & bed covers are removed and washed every rental (but please bring your own sheets or sleeping bags).Cleaning supplies are in the camper including disposable gloves, disinfectant, dish soap & sponge, cleaning wipes, hand soap, floor cleaner, mop and broom and first aid kit.Generator can be included if needed, please inquire.We deliver: we will gladly drop off/deliver the RV to you for an additional fee and within a 55 mile radius. Our host, Domenico and Meghann, were kind and excellent communicators. They got back to us fast with answers to our questions. We have rented a trailer RV 2 times before with other people and this experience with D and M’s RV was the best hands down! We cooked all our meals, it was easy and everything worked well. Every aspect of the RV worked great from the bathroom, lights, awning, AC, hookup, leveling, etc. Domenico has a book that outlines how to work things in you case you forget from the check out walk-through. I only have praise for this experience. I feel confident recommending D and M’s trailer RV to anyone!
